This design project supports the annual charity gala of Kepong Si Gong (Sub-Branch), covering four key areas: LED screen visuals, a commemorative coffee book, stage backdrop design, and a dedicated event website. The creative direction will reflect a theme of solemnity, unity, and gratitude, incorporating traditional Chinese cultural elements to highlight the heritage and values of the Si Gong Association.

This commemorative coffee book will include historical highlights, event coverage, acknowledgments, and member group photos. Suggested format is A4 or square, with a high-end visual and printing quality.
The stage backdrop will serve as a focal visual element featuring the gala’s theme and logo. It should be clear from a distance and rich in detail upon close view, with colors matching the event ambiance.
A one-page responsive website will be designed to promote the event and provide essential information. The page will include the event overview, date and venue, sponsor listings, RSVP/contact details, and a photo gallery. Visual consistency with the physical event design is essential to create a seamless user experience.
Visuals will be centered on the theme of “Heritage and Gratitude,” using traditional motifs, ink-wash elements, and a red-gold palette to combine cultural depth with modern elegance.
